There are haunted hotels, luxurious hotels, crappy hotels- the range is surprisingly wide! But no matter what kind of hotel it is, it works fine with the customers as long as they provide a cozy room, with a comfy bed and a little something to go with it.
Apart from all that, one more thing that customers meticulously take into account is the quality of service provided by the hotel. And that is one area where hotels tend to get creative or at least try to.
